I had an appointment on Tuesday and was given the window of 4-6. They showed up right at 4PM. Which I was pleasantly surprised. Normally when you are given a window of time I always expect it to be later. Darrell came out to my home (I'm renting) to see to a septic alarm that the property management company was delaying fixing. He did the most thorough job emptying and cleaning a septic tank that was so full he said it was surprising it hadn't overflowed into the house. He said it look as if it hadn't been emptied in a very long time. I'm sure it was a difficult job. Not only did he do a very thorough job, but it only took him one trip, and he checked in with me again twice to make sure all was working as it should be.
